The Mail Press is delivered to your inbox either weekly, every other week or monthly, depending on the topic. Subscribe to your favorite topics and receive a fresh article directly to your inbox as often as that topic posts.

I'm In. How Much Is This Gonna Cost Me?

Plans start at $2.99 a month, which is less than a cup of some coffee. For mere pennies a day, you can stay up-to-date with topics that you love. Easier than finding the same thing that everyone else reads and written by experts. This is where you want to be.

How Do I Login?

You login to themailpress.com using your email address and a unique password.

Can I share my account with someone else?

No. Your user ID should not be shared with anyone else.

How can I keep my account secure?

Your security and privacy are very important to us. You should use a password that has special characters, a combination of upper and lower case letters and at least one number. You should NEVER share your userID and/or password with anyone.

I'm Having Trouble With My Account

It's very unlikely that you'll have issues, but if you do, we are here to help. Should you have a problem, please eplease contact customer support. We promise, a real human will respond to you.

Payment Information

How Do I Manage My Personal Information?

To change your name, phone number, address or email address:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the information you want to update from your account navigation.
  3. Enter your new details and click SAVE.
To Update Your Payment Method:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click My Subscriptions. Note: This will take you to our payment partner, Stripe
  3. Enter a new payment method.
  4. Remember to click Add

The changes will take effect from your next billing date.

Is My Payment Information Safe?

Yes. We partner with Stripe, a leading payment processor. You can learn more about Stripe by visiting https://stripe.com/payments. The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We encrypt your information using SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. When your browser is in secure mode, you'll notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window. Please note: If you pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you after you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

How Do I Subscribe To New Topics?

When you find a topic that excites you, click the Subscribe box. This will take you to our secure payment partner, Stripe, which will process your subscription. Then, enjoy being in the know about the things that excite you.
